Bacardi Legacy 2017

Hola !

Last night it was fun night. Why? I went to see the India Bacardi Legacy Cocktail competition.

I was in Four Season Mumbai which is 5 star super deluxe hotel with 35 floors. 

It was a lovely day where I met many popular bartenders from all around India. 

Bacardi Legacy 2016 Final winner was also present to support the fellow bartenders. 

I was looking at the performs of all the bartenders and was learning how to present cocktail in such a big stage.

Four Season - Classic Cocktails 

Mojito - Mint leaves, White rum, Fresh Lime, simple syrup

Cuba Libra - Lime, Coke and Black Rum

Daiquiri - Lime juice, castor sugar, Bacardi White

Bacardi is one of the most popular beverage in the world.

The winner cocktail was The eternal spirit - 

Bacardi White, Castor sugar, Lime juice, fresh cucumber and Martini Blanco. 

I will try my best to represent myself at this stag next year.
