The Learnings And The Relationships We Formed

In retrospect, I remember how mum used to wake us up everyday to get ready for school .I would always be the first to wake and get ready . I loved being in school and it has to be early . If not for anything, to avoid the school gateman's punishment. Trust me you don't want to be in his bad books .

I loved school , from a very early age I never wanted to miss class,except probably I was sick. But then, maybe if you had come from my kind of home you would have loved school more .

For a time ,at an early age ,I saw school as an escape route to a lot of happenings at home . Escape from a never ending chores . Escape from the boredom that is called home, and so many other reasons to escape from . For me I just needed to go to school to live free .

I saw school as my escape plan but it became more than that. As time past, being a student gave me numerous opportunities that I thoroughly enjoyed and grabbed with my hands . Till this day ,those things has formed a solid foundation for everything that is called my life today . Like you know , life comes at you fast and hard . If you are not grounded enough ,you might be thrown off your bearings .

Education and being a student gave me a leverage that is priceless. It is something I always fall back on and something I will be eternally grateful for. Because of being a student I have enjoyed a lot of things . Some of this things I would never have dreamt of .

One thing I enjoyed as a student and which I believe trumps every other thing is the opportunity it gave me to LEARN .

I love to learn

Many things fascinated me and made quite an impression on me as a boy growing up . I had always wanted to know why things are the way they are . How to make things function better . I wanted to know how to create things , and bring them to life . These things, and more, I learnt while being a student in the primary all through to the university. Funny enough I am still a student of some sorts till today .

Those knowledge learnt and gathered has in a way being the frame work of things I have been able to achieve today.

Another thing I have enjoyed as a student has been the ability to bond and form great friendship and relationships with other school mates . Some of this relationship I was opportuned to form has been of immense benefits to me in a lot of ways .

I remember an old school friend ,now abroad , being the one that opened my eyes to the opportunities in cryptocurrency. I have great relationship with old school friends ,that has always been helpful in many ways to me . I enjoy all of this because I was a student .

Would I have learnt or gotten the knowledge I have today ,that has been helpful, if I had not gone to school or being a student ? I strongly doubt it . Would I have gotten to know some great friends today ,that has always been supportive in almost everything I do if I wasn't a student? Most probably not.

There are so many things one enjoys as a student . Me for one has always been grateful to my parents ( God bless their soul)that deemed it fit to send me to school . The beautiful thing is that I am still a student and still want to enjoy the benefits of being one.
