Hello guys,so this is my first post using the food tag and am super excited to share with you, one of my favourite dishes( u'all re going to pay) #winks.

I bring to you the almighty food goddess PLANTAIN #drum rolls. I really love this food because for one, it is very attractive,very tasty and most importantly,it is nutritious( all my health lovers get in here please),just the sweet scented aroma alone is enough to make you want some(if u know, u know).

Also, the best thing about this food is that it is super easy to make and also a saviour in confusing or tiring times.This food can serve as an appetizer, main dish or dessert. In this post, i will be showing you the basic recipe ,the preparation for this gorgeousness(plantain) and some health tips of plantain so stay tunned.

Note: plantain has produced a lot of artistes because people suddenly become creative in the process of cutting plantain.images(10).jpgsourceimages(9).jpgsource

recipe
*Plantain(as many as you like)

*Groundnut oil(enough to deepfry)

*Salt to taste(optional)

preparation
Firstly, you peel your ripe plaintain and cut to

any desirable shape of your choice and add

salt. Mix the plantain and the salt

to blend( best done in a deep bowl). After that,

place your clean frying pan on low heat and add

oil, leave to heat up a little then pour in your

salted plantain. let it fry till its yellowish brown

then remove from frying pan. Let it cool down a

bit then serve alone or with either egg sauce,

jollof rice, fried rice, coconut fried rice or beans and any drink.images(7).jpgsource
