Watermelon sugar

Okay, so I'm back! It's been a while I wrote in this platform, let's just say 2024 was a really tough year. One I would describe as inexplicably rough and that's why I'm grateful I started this year on a good feet. I do hope it'll be better than previous years.

Yesterday I decided to do some fruit therapy. Watermelon, pawpaw and coconuts. I ground them to extract the liquid from the fruits before my little brother started signing one of our childhood Songs.
It goes like this:

Paw paw is a kind of fruit X2

We all started laughing, then my sister was like: isn't there a song for coconut?? She was joking quite alright but her joke assisted me in remembering this song about a watermelon. It's "Watermelon sugar" by Harry styles.

Although I sort of love Anne Marie's version a lot more, I don't know why I do or know the reason behind this, but I just do.

I played this song on my boom box and what other way is there to spend the new year than with laughters, celebration, love and above all, family?

We all danced to the song as it seemed very smooth, and relaxing. It's the kind of song you play when taking a long trip. Its got all the elements of a song list them out: vibe, lyrics, rhythm, life and every other thing one can think of.

Fruits are indeed quite nutritious and they've got a whole lot to offer when it comes to our health. They prevent a whole lot of diseases, and keep our skin as fresh as ever so yeah, watermelon sugar isn't a bad song to kick-start your year when things seem to be not as they're supposed to be.
