Turkey Burger

Hey steem,
Today I had some turkey breast minute steaks so I made these turkey burgers. Here is my process for making em,

I started traying bacon on grease proof paper,

In under the grill until crispy.
I than drain and cool the bacon.
This is left over chilled turkey breast, chicken works bit better.I shred the meat.Dill Pickles and Shallots are shreded and chopped and added with mayonaise. Mix well.SeasonI than butter and grill the buns.Sliced tomato.Than i make em up with some nice coral letuce than meat mix tomato and bacon.Enjoy!!!!
