Can you tithe a person?

2010 I would have said no.

I saw it as a way not to give church money.
My 2018-2019 tithe person was Donald Ray Moore, known as D Ray.
We spent 3-$5,000 putting a 2007 Chevy Malibu v6 hatchback on the road, for the purpose of Uber.
Total fail..
Almost cost me my marriage.
The car had brake tremor; never fixed.
Car wound up on blocks, with a bad title loan.
Car was either impounded, repossessed or both.
I wrote it off. Went back to work..
Looking back now I count the experience as tithe.
I went out of my way, by way of a coworker to provide us both with more transportation, and possible income.
Filthy lucre converted to tithe, in my way of thinking.co-worker
Only paid hundreds to my church.co-worker
This transaction cost me thousands.
