Saved my fresh dough facility thousands in dreaded payroll by, pulling dirty pans out of dirty cabinets. It was that simple, and extremely overrated. Nice thing about writing, get to toot your own horn. Of course this was not done single-handedly. Distribution is the only shift with a crew, except sanitation. man

The idea was there to pack previous bagel rework before crunch time, 5:45AM to 7AM; but that did not pan out. No pun. But noone likes to pull dirty pans for some reason, so it was an accident waiting to happen. Now for the indefinite future, production loses five hours a day saving the fourth plant manager since I been there, thousands. Now I'm getting redundant. Only have one job right now, so I have to get ready for my next 5PM shift.
