Simply, the courage to leave

Hello my dears

I am glad to be here with you again to debate the idea of resigning from a job.

I start by saying that I'm not the type of guy to change jobs like socks, hehe.
The problem of finding the right job for everyone here in Romania can sometimes be quite difficult.

We toil for years to graduate and then find ourselves unable to profess what we have learned.

Here I'll tell you exactly what happened to me, the college I graduated from lasted 6 years, after finishing school I couldn't find the job I dreamed of.

Don't think that I couldn't find work at all, but I found jobs that didn't require higher education and then what was the point of my 6 years of studies.

I really wanted a job in line with my studies, not seasonal jobs.

I've been working since 2009 and so far I've only changed my job once, and that's because the company I used to work for went into insolvency.

In order to keep your position in a company and of course the desire to advance there, you need to have a very good relationship with your colleagues first of all, but also with the manager of that company, the interests being for both parties.

When there is willingness, desire, sincerity, your position in that company will certainly be visible and you will be put where you belong.

And yes, I had to resign from that company seeing the direction in which it was going, another direction I wanted to go.

The process of resigning was relatively very simple for me, the manager was a little upset that I didn't stay there, he had to understand that I wanted to move to the next level and with him there I couldn't do that.

That's how I found another job where I still work today, I can say that I made the perfect move just like a chess game.
