Why is Binance Bringing More STEEM to the Network?

With customers already complaining, unable to withdraw their STEEM from Binance, instead of Powering Down, Binance is doing some more shady activities.

Check out the transactions coming from Binance to the STEEM Network, this month alone:

Yes, that's right. Instead of withdrawing the funds to return to their customers, they are depositing even more STEEM to the account which was used to Upvote Witnesses.

As you can see, this week alone, they added 6 Million STEEM more to this shady account. Screw the customers. Right?

What is the goal of Binance? I cannot help to think they are going to use this account to vote for Justin Sun's Witnesses again.
