BTCUSD Bitcoin Chart Analysis 1/4/2025

Like I've said, the condition to enter a trade is to wait for the price to break either way because entering a trade when the price breaks though is going against the market, but is also in case it is a fake-out, because if the candle pullbacks leaving only a wick below or above our order would be profiting. Like in the latest scenario here, the price breaks above and pullback after crossing 2 resistance which is the 4 hour candle resistance and the daily candle resistance before bouncing at the supply above the daily resistance and this is a sign of fake-out especially if it close below resistance which means it wasn't able to break resistance, so the sell order above that resistance would be in a safe zone now, at least until this price rise up and touch or try to cross resistance once more. Do try experimenting with my theory and see if it really works according to how I explained or try to implement it with your strategy I believe it'll be quite an assistance to your personal strategy.
