My Morning -> Afternoon

Awake early for 6am, I checked up on my gardening and botany, and headed up to grab some coffee, for I would check up on my hydroponics later this morning!

With coffee in hand, I ordered some food and got some quick chores done around the house before having the food arrive, and enjoyed my meal watching some YouTube.

And checking up on my dishes, after spotting some air and bacterial dish contam -labeled-, one of each of my strains are growing well!

To isolate the two contam dishes over the next few days, I am just waiting to see if the bacteria takes hold!

And with my morning progressing, I continued watching some more YouTube as well as, on CBC Gem, an episode of Arctic Vets and another of Murdoch Mysteries.

My Afternoon -> Evening

Finishing up my morning with television, and watching a few episodes of Family Feud: Canada before heading out to do anything, I prepared myself and did some cleaning up around the house.

Upon readying, I headed out!

Headed down the path,

I captured some low-contrast photos of the sun just over the horizon;

I thought they were beautiful!

But onwards I went!

Under the Glen Erin bridge,

And to Lake Wabukayne!

For the lake was frozen and beautiful,

And the ducks enjoying were enjoying it just as much as I, the view,

For the sight around the bend at the dam was to die for, with the sun casting a beautiful shadow on this side of the lake;

Walking the remaining way to Lake Aquitaine, I took in the sights and sounds around me. Enjoying my outdoor excursion.

Hitting Aquitaine, I passed through Plowman's Park along the way, and started along the Lake Aquitaine Trail.

I took the east trail and although there wasn't much for views because of the snow-pack, I did snag a few pictures of the lake,

And around the bend,

I got a better view of the lake;

And continued the circle,

Around the other way, westward,

For I was nearing the end of the Lake Aquitaine Trail,

And ended off passing again under another Glen Erin Bridge passing,

For I was hungry and was to grab some munch nearby.

And on my walk, I threw together two pictures I took under the bridge into one cool shot;

But, to food!

My Evening -> Night

And as night drew near, I ran a few errands and did some quick shopping at the dollar store, picking up some storage containers for my transfers and isolates, as well as mixing cups for agar and some other knick knacks.

By the time this was all said an done, it was just past 7 and I headed over to see an old friend of mine. For I did my fair share of walking, shopping...and relaxing today!

And with work being tomorrow. I feel prepared :)
