My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2022

Prepping for Agar Psilocybin Cuts and the Day Off! -

My Morning -> Afternoon

Awake for 7am, and having the next two days off work, I got up and made coffee whilst working my botany and indoor garden, going out for a short morning walk;

I then checked up on my hydroponics and drying petri dishes,

• I checked, those are wet spots from the sanitized container contact with the bottom of the wet petri

And headed to watch a few episodes of Murdoch Mysteries on CBC Gem as well as catch up on my YouTube subscriptions while doing my crypto-work, generation, passives, finances and economics.

With breakfast made, I finished getting ready by 11am, and headed up to have a sanitization shower before working with my agar stove-top around noon.

My Afternoon -> Evening

I prepared to start my 2-hour long process of preparing with proper reagents, producing with appropriate procedure,

• Using stovetop method, all completed prior with a tutorial in my tek

Agar medium, and pouring with sterile methodology.

I call these the three P's - Prepare, Produce, and Pour.

After one hour on low-boil to the point of barely hearing bubbling/shaking of my agar containment jar, and another one hour on low simmer, the agar containment is ready to be used after an additional 15 minutes of cooling in my sealed pot.

Upon cooling, foil is removed, agar containment jar lifted out, and agar poured very carefully and evenly among 5 dishes, coating the bottom approximately 2-5mm in depth.

My Evening -> Night

Finished by 5pm, I went for a walk to grab a pizza from the nearby parlour.

And passing under the Glen Erin Bridge,

I circled around Lake Wabukayne;

And got to see the ducks resting for the night!

It was beautiful outside right now, and there were so many ducks flying overhead!

Beautifully, the sky had begun it's last purple light for the night over the lake,

It looked legendary,

And so, finishing up the trail,

I entered the magical dark forest to lead me to my final destination...

And then enjoyed my pizza and walk back! :)

And finishing my eve with watching some YouTube and television, I prepared for an early night and finished up my writings for the day.

For it was long, I got a lot accomplished, and I'm looking forward to my work on my petri dishes tomorrow!
