周五呢謹言慎行為上策。感覺自己能被支持,再決定要不要說出口ー急欲表達些什麼,反而會給人深度不夠的感受。
周六則是不用過度在意與評估他人的觀感。做自己、隨順內在權威,就能掌握對的時間點。若抓對時機說對話,內心會升起平靜澄澈之感。
