📷 "Golden Waves"

The Guggenheim Museum, completed in 1997, has been the landmark of the Basque capital Bilbao ever since. The building is known for its deconstructive style and its shape often reminded me of the waves of the sea. Besides many wide angle photos I was therefore especially satisfied with this shot.
Das im Jahr 1997 fertiggestellte Guggenheim Museum ist seither das Wahrzeichen der baskischen Hauptstadt Bilbao. Das Gebäude ist für seinen dekonstruktiven Baustil bekannt und seine Form erinnerte mich oft an den Wellengang des Meeres. Neben vielen Weitwinkelfotos war ich deshalb vor allem mit dieser Aufnahme sehr zufrieden.
