Return to the Middle Ages in an instant

Walking through the streets of Palermo we find that we come across something "different", not ordinary that immediately attracts our attention.

It was a cart, which was always more decorated as we got closer. Really a pleasant surprise.

We decide to take a seat and order something cheap and quick to eat.
After seeing the menu we order a pork skewer flavored with pink pepper and bay leaves with a side of potatoes.

The taste was something sublime, inebriating on the palate. To try if you come to Palermo.
Nearby you can also see how they deliver dishes at home with a 60's bike.

Wait times in the norm for the order, hospitable and cordial.
As a suggestion I invite you to try the meat, cooked in all possible ways, really good.
