Earlier today I indulged my husband in preparing his favorite breakfast which is roasted corn arepa with salad and avocado accompanied by a cup of black coffee.

A very common dish in the oriental breakfast, fried fish, arepa and avocado, The variety of food and customs, traditionally, Venezuelans enjoy a good dish at the morning table, In the eastern states the richness of the sea is present. From the delicious fish curds accompanied by the crispy game, to the smooth roe that intermingle with the eggs to give rise to the regional version of the parakeet.

For living near the coast, the consumption of fish and seafood is very abundant.
