In my house, such gurus who have learned the wisdom of being is Donut. Donut is a small girl dog that I found on the track a few years ago when she was still a puppy. Since then, Donut has become an important member of our pack.

Its main task of Donut is to show us and above all to me that there is always a place for relaxation in life. And that all the troubles will be over sooner or later.

When I look at Donut, who is soasting in her bed, my heart warms. She's so cute.

Now she's not too young, she's eight years old. But like most small dogs, it retains puppy immediacy. My Donut is something I should look at in the morning to fill my day with energy or in the evening so that the night is cosy.
