Nora shows her temper

When you take a stray dog, be ready for surprises!

When I picked up Nora (it was about two months ago) it was an unhappy frightened creature. She was afraid of everything and everyone, including me.

Gradually, the situation began to change. At first, Nora allowed herself to be petted, began to rejoice at my visits to her room. Also, gradually I introduced her to all the dogs and finally they started walking together around my garden.

Then the first bells began to ring. Nora didn't want to stay in her room anymore (even if I needed to separate the dogs for a while). She started giving real concerts. At first, she barked demandingly under the door, and I started howling. The funniest thing is that she howles the bass! Such a low timbre of voice contrasts strikingly with her tiny size.

But, as it turned out later, it was just the beginning.

At first, Nora walked with all the other dogs during the day, but slept in her room. Gradually, she moved to sleep on my bed, and quickly won a place next to me. But then she decided that she was the main dog and I had the right to pet and kiss only her! Anyone who came to me to be petted was immediately overtan by Nora's revenge - she bit the offender's butt or desperately barked at him or her.

It was already completely against the rules. First of all, I love all my dogs equally and everyone has the right to my attention. Secondly, it became unsafe, because Nora is the smallest of all, and the bitten victim could well give change.

I had to have educational conversations with Nora about the inadmissibility of such behavior. Now she began to react more calmly and I hope that soon she will make sure that my attention to other dogs does not mean that I love her less than theirs.
