Autovotes

Autovotes are a perfect way to make the best out of your curation rewards.
As you might know, your Voting Power decreases after every upvote you give.

When you hover over your account in the top right corner of the browser you can see how much Voting Power you have left.

Voting Power recovers slowly over time, but it will never be more than 100%
So when your voting power is at 100%, you're actually losing rewards.

You can prevent losing rewards by configuring autovotes.
Recently, PeakD has introduced autovotes in the settings, which makes it very easy to configure.

Configuring Autovotes

Configuring Autovoting via PeakD can be done in a few simple steps.

Go to https://peakd.com/me/autovote

1. Enable autovoting
2. Set the Voting Power Threshold
   If the voting power is below this value, autovoting will not be triggered.
   Leaving it at 100% will only let it do 1 upvote for you.
   If you set it to 80% it will keep upvoting until your voting power is at the threshold.
3. Follow a user or a trail (We recommend following the topcomment trail of course 😉)
   
   
   
   
   
   In the following popup you can select the trail you want to follow and configure some additional settings like the vote value and the maximum number of upvotes per day/week.

You can configure multiple trails you want to follow with different settings for each trail.

Comments are valuable! Why would you use a social media platform when you don't receive replies to the content you post. Interaction is what makes it a community.
