Hello and good day everyone! This post is my entry for the contest hosted by @jacinta.sevilla, I don't know if this will be qualified or maybe too late for the submission. In this contest the theme is "plastic". This is not just a contest but it's an awareness to all of us how our world changes and the mother nature shade a tears for what human nature cause on earth. It maybe too late but we still have time to change and find measurements on how to protect our nature including the seas and living things.

In exchange of using plastic bag, several nations uses paper bag at the supermarket or bring their own bag to decrease the trash in our society. Throwing too much plastic really destroys our earth without thinking what it cause to people and mother nature.

In France, each big supermarket have their own machine to recycle the pet bottle, it will separate the bottle and the cap. And the nice thing is, they will give you ticket where you can use in the supermarket, and it cause cents per bottle, not bad. Brilliant idea. The plastic bag they are using are biodegradable just like in other country (e.i. Philippines). But it cannot be avoided that some people still don't have a good education or they don't have discipline for themselves. Climate change is real.

In this entry, I chose to drew this two hands holding the marine animals or saving them from the populated ocean. I'm using traditional drawing and edited it in photoshop. So here's my materials that I'm using.

Materials:

• water color paper
• water color
• water color brush
• pencil
• eraser
• black fine liner
• black gel pen

Here's my working progress:

• Make a sketch on your drawing pad using pencil, then trace the outline using fine liner. Once you are done, erase all the excess marking pencil.

• Now it's time to paint. Choose dark brown and white watercolor then mix together to get a light brown color then paint it to the hands using the brush. Then add some dark brown to add some shades. And color gray for the nails. Next is the water, choose blue then paint followed by the dirty ocean , add some brown color. And light green for the mountain.

• Paint all the plastic floating in the water at your choosen color, then paint the background to add some details. For the ocean, add some blue and black color to make it more dirty. After the painting is done, get your black gel pen to trace again your sketch. Then add some details on your drawing.

• Once it's done, transfer your drawing into photoshop, it's time to edit. First, open your photo which is your sketch. Create new layer, go to filter, filter gallery then choose cutout and change the setting depending on your desire. Create new layer again and select text tool, then change the postion, I chose arch design then I lesser the capacity into 67% then save the file change psd to jpeg or png.

That's it, the drawing is done! This is the finish product with combination of traditional and digital art.
