Rules of School, or Users Ethics Guide
I wonder if the powers that be, have developed a "Rules of School" (in the spirit of the aquatic references), or similar such guidelines for posting, commenting , etc. This would have to have been developed at the beginning to even know what, how and why to reward users.
I just thought of this after writing:
