A good mixer matters.

I've been wanting to get a new mixer for a while now, one that'll make mixing cakes easy for me. Since the hand mixer I brought has spoiled, It was stressed mixing cake batter with my hands. I brought a small hand mixer because it's stressful to mix cake batter with hands, and it served me for just a few months before it got spoiled.

It made me so sad that I had to give it to the repairer, but they couldn't repair it. They told me that something had burned inside it, and it really pained me. Since then, I've been thinking of buying a new one, not just a new one but a bigger one that can mix high-quality batter because the one that spoiled did so as a result of the high-quality batter I wanted to mix that day.

I've been saving up to buy a new one that will serve me longer. I don't just want to buy any mixer but high-quality ones from trusted brands. A mixer will make my work easier and save time if I get one. Infact, it will reduce the stress of mixing with hand that always causes hand pain.

I still have a lot of equipment I want to add to my baking business but first is a mixer. Mixer is my priority.
