My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2022

I got this cheap smart watch recently, and although I synchronized the watch with the android app, I do know how to synchronize it with my actifit app. Probably they are not compatible. Any useful help with be much appreciated though. Thanks.

So here is my activity count from the watch today.

Today, I had to do a lot of work on my car. This took the whole day. Different mechanical technicians worked on it. The car is old, and so many parts of the body are weak already. With these many attention however, it is getting better.
