Actifit RC: Nov 6 2020. Being Active early

Wake up. Walk dog. Sleep.

Put some massive early K on BC on days off I see for me and the dog to get exercise here in Florida i need to do it in the dark.(like ugly people.lol) so took the girl to work at Starbucks and then walked. Then went to Flatwoods Loop Trail too see this popular local trail.

It was mostly road bikes and a few alternative wheeled movers. Hikers none being a blacktop trail in hot af Florida. So we only did 4 miles or so after having put in a hour plus walking and jogging in town to calm dog down for car. He is very sensitive after moving across country again.(Mi to FL)
