Add bandwidth indicator

This would be an addition to the main pop up that is always for the steem me chrome extension.

Proposal

I propose that the steem me pop up should have bandwidth added as one of the statistics that it shows about a user. I propose that a progress indicator is added to the statistics section of steem me that will show a user their current remaining bandwidth out of their current total bandwidth. When a user has full bandwidth remaining it should show as full therefore all green and as it decreases it should show grey to indicate that there is missing bandwidth.

Benefits

The main benefit this would provide is convenience through provide the user the ability to check their bandwidth at the click of a button, new actives users have a trouble with bandwidth because they don't have much steem power, by adding this indicator it would allow new users who have the chrome extension the ability to understand if the posts or action they make on the steem blockchain will mean they won't be able to post and manage their activity accordingly. This will overall assist a user in having a better experience on the steem blockchain.
