How to fix a boring song

Found this song on an old CD, when cleaning out the man cave. It was part of recordings on a 4 track, made in the 1990's and forgotten. However you can give a rather boring song legs ,create some passion, just by creating video footage in time with the beat, with cut scenes and highlights matched to changes and emphasis in the music if possible. Add a harmony if there is none to add color to the tune and chop the song down to as close to 3min as possible to adjust to todays shorter attention span. The difference from initially cringing to now enjoying it is quite a change!
