I decided to give CEMEX a phone call about their Tucson Facility and the obvious child rape and drug trafficking that was going on. This was happening on the CEMEX property which makes them responsible in some manner I am sure. They dodged the call.

As of right now, I just got off work and it is 5:16 pm, and they have not called me back. It has been at least three hours.
