ok so this comic is about saving up for the future but like... Web3 style
pinky finds out spiky spent their savings on an NFT duck and freaks out a little
but spiky’s totally chill about it like “it’s not just a jpeg it’s my retirement omelette”

which sounds dumb at first
but that’s kinda the whole point

people in web3 treat NFTs like assets — like stocks or art or whatever
they hold onto them hoping the value goes up over time
instead of a savings account they’ve got a duck in a wallet

this is real stuff
some folks are actually building their nest egg in NFTs
it's risky, yeah, but it’s also kinda normal now in that space

so yeah
this is a web3 comic about faith, ducks, and whatever comes after high gas fees
