No place like home 🏡
There's no place that I find comfort like my home. Hello, beautiful people, it's Friday already, so I'm wishing everyone a happy, and beautiful weekend experience. Thank you for stopping by my blog. Back to the question of the week, which says, "A place that brings you comfort?" Without even talking much, I could say my comfort zone or place is my room.
Maybe i might find comfort else where someday but for now my comfort place is my home. There is this positive energy around anytime I'm in my comfort place, it do feels like an angel is waiting for me to come in and make my request or bring conversation. I find peace in my comfort place which is my room.
It is so rare to see someone say he or she finds comfort outside his or her home. Even though there are people like that. When I saw the topic, I went through to check people's posts, and most of them speak of home. Indeed, there's no place like home. I don't think there is anybody that could say he or she doesn't find comfort at home, especially if you have a personal room.
For me, from my father's house till my husband's house, I find comfort in my room. Sometimes if I want to make some important decisions, I just go into my room, pray first, and decide on what to do next. Once I go into my room and lock the door from the inside, even my husband does respect that particular tradition of mine. And he could watch after the children till the time that I could be done. So come rain, come shine, the place I find comfort is my room. In the course of the week, I travel to see my in-laws. On getting there, I was supposed to spend a week or two, but I cut my stay short because I wasn't too comfortable.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing bad there; in fact, I was treated like a queen, but still I missed my comfort place, which is my home and room, and I had to return home after some few days. So I will always say my home and room are my comfort place. Thank you for reading through.
