Fortune found me.
Good day, beautiful ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for dropping by my blog today. Back to the topic of the day.
Suitcase of fortune
On your way to your minimum wage job, you find a suitcase containing $500,000. You later hear that one of the richest politicians in your country has lost his suitcase, and the description matches the one you found. What would you do?
Hmm ๐ค come read with me. If I ever find such a suitcase in my life, I won't return it. Let me explain my reasons. What if God had just answered my prayers ๐? Like you said, he is one of the richest politicians; maybe that money is nothing compared to the other money he has.
Forgive what I'm going to say now, but on a normal day, in this side of my country, people call some politicians glorified thieves ๐ซฃ. This might be the poor people's money after all. Maybe the money is from the federal government to the people for a project or grant or even an empowerment program, and the politician was trying to abscond with the money, and it got misplaced.
I could say it is God's way of blessing me or answering my prayers. Maybe it's my time to shine. Maybe God has finally answered my prayers and cries ๐ญ. Maybe God saw my heart and my zeal to help the needy and decided to bless me to also bless the poor and the vulnerable people in my community or society. You see, there is nothing that happened under the surface of this earth ๐ that has not been programmed by the Almighty.
God will not come down to earth by himself to bless us; he uses different avenues, approaches, mediums, or channels to bless us. So I could say I won't return the money ๐ฐ.
On a second though.
And in other words, what if it's a test?
What if God is testing me by bringing that suitcase my way to see the level of my loyalty? What if I return the suitcase and the money to the politician, and God touches his heart โค๏ธ to just leave the money to me? That could come with glory, you know; people will recognize me in a good way.
And again, returning that suitcase might be the ticket to my greatness, seeing that I wasn't greedy by hiding the money but returned it as requested. And again, even if at the end of the day, I didn't get anything in return, an opportunity might come, and they could be looking for an honest, truthful and a trustworthy person.
Someone might recommend me, you know, so in as much as I might need the money, honestly, it is a great name, and I would love to carry the trophy ๐ of truth, honesty, and loyalty. So again, I will return it. I hope I'm able to convince and not confuse you with my point. Thank you for reading through.
