Exploring Ba Vi National Park on the coldest day - My last trip of the year
Hi all Hivers
Today is the last day of the year, how do you feel? I feel the excitement for the coming new year. I review photos of each trip I've taken in 2021 and today I'm going to talk about my last trip of the year. This is an expedition to Ba Vi National Park on the coldest day of the year in Hanoi. I had a truly memorable experience with the freezing cold in this forest
Ba Vi National Park is located in the suburbs, about 50 km from Hanoi. I choose a vehicle as a motorbike to move to this place. Currently, North Vietnam is in winter with very low temperatures. We are subjective when we do not bring many warm clothes and wear raincoats. The road is quite long, it is drizzling with white fog. With a temperature of 13 degrees Celsius, Ba Vi National Park becomes even colder and wilder.
Ba Vi National Park is famous for its sacred Thuong temple which is more than 2000m above sea level. To get here, I had to climb more than 1000 steps 3 km long. It was quite an amazing climbing experience: my partner and I hiked while breathing in the fresh air and dew on the trees
Although quite tired, when I reached Thuong Temple and prayed for a good new year, all the initial fatigue seemed to disappear.

Ba Vi National Park is also famous for its vast pine forest. Those are pine trees close together. We have prepared BBQ meat in the forest. Because the weather is quite foggy, it is impossible to see all the tall pine arches. The temperature is very low right now and eating barbecue is a unique experience in the forest
Ba Vi National Park is also famous for the wild sunflower season. It is a yellow flower with large petals similar to a sunflower. We went at the end of the season so the flowers were already withered. In full bloom, the flowers will shine yellow on both sides of the pass

To be able to go safely, you should really pay attention and be careful. The steep road is quite twisty and difficult to walk. If you include foggy weather, you should go slowly (15km/h).
Above is my last trip of the year. I had a few memorable trips during 2021. Hope that I will go around more in 2022
From my heart, wish you a year full of happiness and health🥰
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE !!!
