My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2023

Well, July and August are the worst for Ubereats apparently. Holy crap. Each day this week I took home less and less pay. Each day I'd say it hasn't been worth it, but I'm going out anyways in an attempt to roll the dice and see how things will turn out. Besides that I've at least been able to make some video content for my driving YouTube channel and also been making some content for my drawing/asmr YouTube and TikTok channels.

I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing with any of this stuff. At times I tell myself to relax and just enjoy the process of creation and not think of needing validation or money. But the truth is it does get hard to always create and put stuff out and not see much in return. I did however recently make a couple tshirt sales and one of the shirts being a design that I put up a long time ago, one of the strange "me" creations. By that I mean most of my designs are put out in an attempt at getting cash and few are put out that I genuinely like and put design effort into.

This design was something silly I thought up, "Friends Forever! Group of Misfits, Grey Alien, Bigfoot, Unicorn, Nessie, UFOs".

I made this design probably two or more years ago and never made a sale until today, LOL. That's just how it goes in print on demand. Meanwhile dumb designs that are just a bunch of words sells better.

Anyways, I never know what to title my designs, that probably doesn't help. And I always overthink having a cohesive shop and design style which I just can never really get. I've decided to put any new "me" style designs on my main artist shop on Teepublic. I have so many random shops and marketplaces it's ridiculous. Besides that I've been walking every night and getting my StepN steps..in. I have failed for many many weeks to write anything here. All these other random ideas are taking precident.
