Home made yummy mac and cheese.

Greetings lovely members of the community.
I hope you all are doing great and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

People have different comfort food. Macncheese is my comfort food. Whenever my mood is low i like to have it.
It is really comforting.
It's an easy recipe. I know it's a western cuisine but i make it with an indian twist.

Ingredients you will need :
1.Macaroni
2.Butter
3.Refined flour
4.Cheese
5.Oregano
6.Black pepper
7.Garlic
8.vegetables if you like any.

Procedure :

Firstly Boil macaroni .
Add butter to a pan .
Add some chopped garlic and refined flour to it , add a little milk and mix it well to prepare a white sauce.
Add oregano, cheese and boiled macaroni and at the end add some salt and black pepper and it's ready. You can also add boiled veggies if you like.

लोगों का अपनी अपनी पसंद का अलग-अलग कम्फर्ट का खाना होता है। मैकनीज़ मेरा कम्फर्ट का भोजन है। जब भी मेरा मूड खराब होता है तो मैं इसे लेना पसंद करती हूं।
यह वास्तव में सुकून देने वाला है।
यह एक आसान नुस्खा है। मुझे पता है कि यह एक पश्चिमी व्यंजन है, लेकिन मैं इसे एक भारतीय मोड़ के साथ बनाती हूँ।

सामग्री की आपको आवश्यकता होगी:

1. मकारोनी
2. मक्खन
3. रिफाइंड आटा
4. पनीर
5. अजवायन
6. काली मिर्च
7. लहसुन
   8.सब्जियां अगर आपको पसंद हैं।

प्रक्रिया :

सबसे पहले मैकरोनी को उबाल लें।
एक पैन में मक्खन डालें।
इसमें थोडा़ सा कटा हुआ लहसुन और मैदा डालिये, थोडा़ सा दूध डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाइये और वाइट सॉस तैयार कर लीजिये.
अजवायन, पनीर और उबली हुई मैकरोनी डालें और अंत में थोड़ा नमक और काली मिर्च डालें और यह तैयार है। आप चाहें तो उबली हुई सब्जियां भी डाल सकते हैं।
