The steady incline from the hill in front of you is starting to strain your calves and tire you out. The gold winnings in your pouch from the last towns plunders weigh heavily on your side. You lose your footing slightly as you make strides forward and you end up on the ground.

You look up towards the top of the hill. It's visible, you can make it. Getting back to your feet, you put one foot in front of the other and burn your way to the top. The aches in your legs begin to sting more painfully with each step. As your eye-line begins to rise above the slopes horizon, you notice a peculiar looking wagon waiting for you at the top. A tall looking goblin standing beside it tapping his foot.

You reach the peak and stand to look forward, panting heavily.

The goblin shouts over to you while flicking a dagger in his hand.

"You don't look too healthy meatbag! Get over here and see what I've got in stock."

This seems like a bad idea... but your exhausted mind contemplates the potential for food and drink. You watch the goblin jump over the counter as you wander over to the front of the vehicle.

He has a wide grin on his face as he points down to the cabinet situated on the side of the wagon.

"You look like you need some fighter cards. I've got the wares if you've got the coins.”

The cabinet is full of cards, stacks upon stacks of monsters for any team imaginable.

But... it doesn't hold the one you've been looking for.

"What?! Am I going to have to pull out my dagger of persuasio... ahem I mean... something a bit more valuable?"

You nod subtlely, you've used most of your energy on the climb.

The goblin turns around and leans down into the back of the wagon. The sounds of rattling chains begin to ring in your ears as he struggles with a locked up chest. The chains drop as he unlocks the security measures, creating a loud bang on the floor of the wagon. The goblin claps his hands and then grabs the sides of the lid.

There is a piercing screech from the opening of the chest which irritates your ears. Your eyes take a hit too almost instantly after as the wagon illuminates in a flash. You squint your eyes slightly and see the glow coming from within the chest.

The goblin grabs ahold of something and turns back to you. The aches in your legs turn to numbness.
