This is still the current situation of the truck. I was looking at it as I passed by and I noticed the electric post is leaning on it. I approached the traffic enforcer and ask who will be the person's in charge for this so that other motorists can pass by. "This may take time because the first thing to fix is the electric post, the VECO(Visayan Electric Company) is aware of this but standard procedures should come first and that will result to power interruption", the enforcer exclaimed.
