Updates on self-funded project "Hive Hound / HiFind"

We are working on a mini project - HiFind / Hive Hound

• Today, we started working on it & we'll have functionality available soon.

Why Hive-Hound???

• Hound = A dog of a breed used for hunting.
• Hive Hound = A tool used for hunting right post for curation 🤣. It's tool for curators.

@solominer's idea

• @solominer suggested to build this app which would assist many curators to find the content best suitable for their needs
• On @terminal community over discord, @solominer brought it up.
• I liked the idea & started working on it.
• As shown on the screenshot on the top of the post, we were able to work on some Filter-UX along with grid-view for posts

• From the begining, we are keeping Desktop, Tablet & mobile in mind.
• This is how it looks on a tablet.

• On mobile, you'll see list of posts
• Upon tapping on filter, you'll be navigated to filters
• After applying filters, you'll land back on this listing

• These are just few filters with which we have started the work.
• We'll add more filters if needed after completing work on these filters.

Hosting

• We managed to ship it today with firebase hosting.
• We used 2 sub-domains hifind & hive-hound under the-hive-mobile.app
• We configured DNS using porkbun & Firebase hosting provided us SSL certificates.

• ⏳ Inbox > WebApp should show buttons to download Apps
• ⏳ Inbox > Landing Page should show button to open web-app
• ⏳ Inbox > Image attachment is failing
• ❌ Inbox > Languages for WebApp - postponed for next release

• We have started working on Hive Stats & Hive Hound
• We are working on both projects in parallel

Rewarding Hive Content Creators

• I support several contests hosted by different communities.
• I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
• We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.
• Those who respond to our replies, we also reward them with different tokens like PIZZA, BEER
• No power ups were sent today.
