I got an invite from @foxon today to try out the game Rising star. So, I figured I would give it a try. Its kind of like a music sims game, best way I can describe it. You do need the keychain to play as it is needed to log in. Which kid of sux a bit as I prefer the hivesigner.

It seems to be a card based game, as you grow in reputation of music ability I think new cards get earned.

My current level is an illegal busker that the coppers keep moving on.

Only at level two on the level ranks.

Still on day one though. I have used up all of my energy. I did accumulate some starbits. 126 in total and unsure what they are for. Yes I still need to get a bit more into the game before I can answer many questions to myself. I am unsure of the refresh rate for energy, but I expect it will be some energy probably 5% each hour.

I have gained a total of 8 fans for the day. Many of them drunks that passed by and might forget me before they wake up tomorrow.

Each time I go out busking there is a risk of been moved on by the coppers. Each busk carries a cost of 15 energy at my current level.

When the coppers move me on it reduces the amount of starbits or tips I can get for busking on the corner. The max is ten unless you gain some drunken fans which boosted my max up to 20.

At my current level all I can do is the illegal busking.

Working my way up to the open mic and karaoke nights. Soon though you will see me headlining at the Apollo with Snoop Dog as my supporting act.

On a closing note I should probably learn to play the guitar instead of the piano, as carrying a piano it is not easy to run away from the coppers.
