The family of my close friend back in college owns a small Thai restaurant conveniently located in City Soho Mall, B. Rodriguez St., Cebu City. But due to the pandemic, they decided to move to a place that is nearer to their residence, Talisay City.
They’re now located at ground floor, near the parking area of Robinsons South Town Centre in Bulacao, Talisay. Open everyday from 9am to 8pm.

They offer a wide variety of delicious Authentic Thai Cuisine that can surely bring you to Thailand even tho you’re only in Cebu.
They’re awarded by Sunstar, the most famous publication in the province, as “THE BEST OF CEBU: Best Thai restaurant and Best Phad Thai”.
The owners are Filipinos; Cebuanos to be more specific, who worked - lived in Thailand for more than two decades.
It's a small thriving business having branches located in Iloilo and Cebu.
Why not? They're the best in town. ❤️

They have the best phad thai - my favorite so far and by many. Backed by Sunstar as it being the best. So clearly, I’m not alone in my addiction to this food. 😋 Ordered this for more than 10x already, actually I already lost count tbh 😂.
Other than their famous Phad Thai, they also have Thai foods like Tom Yum Goong, Sticky Rice with Mango, Spring Rolls, Fried Rice, Pink Milk, Milk Tea, and many more to mention.

Back in college, my friends and I used to come here to celebrate events such as birthdays, holidays, etc., or simply just because we’re always hungry. Especially since the place is located not so far from our school haha.
Now for almost 2 years already since the pandemic started, I only bought their foods through online delivery. 🙁 But don't fret, their delivery service is very convenient and their customer service is excellent. They'll answer your queries asap.
You can order by sending them a DM on their Facebook and Instagram pages. You can also call or send them a text message at 0946-885-2969.
And because of my loyalty(?) and ordering the same set of foods over and over again, they finally called a particular set as “The Cian Meal”. Woooow hahahha naoil.
The set is composed of: 1 Pad Thai + 1 Khai Jeow Moo + 1 Khao Phad Moo + 1 drink (either pink milk or thai tea). When I posted this in my story, my friends bullied me for looking like an influencer hahaha. 🤣
We loved eating there physically because their restaurant really gives the ambiance of a Thai restaurant in Thailand. 😁 The same ones we can see in Thai dramas that we watch often. Now that the pandemic is still ongoing, we were only able to taste these foods again through online delivery. Although, they’re already open for dine-in now (changes based on local protocols).
