WHY? Would this be a thing in society. This is heart disease, this is gluttony. This is just taking it to far?

Why is this acceptable, in a world with so much poverty.
Why should a dish like this be served?

The obesity rate in the united states is currently at around 35%
The obesity rate of Ethiopia must be taken over a 58 year period from 1960 - 2018
an varies from 2.9% - 6.9%

The population of america is 325 million
Where as the population of Ethiopia is 102 million

Around a 3rd of that of america. Therefor, it should be able to feed it's people. Or lets put it this way. The surplus of these burgers, which obese Americans eat. Should be able too!
