It's easy to burn 100 calories at home with this super quick 10 minute workout!
A long journey always begins with a first step, and so the fat loss.
You have to start somewhere, and what's better than this quick 10 mins workout to do at home? It's very easy and doable by everyone, and in only 10 minutes you can burn around 100 kcal.
Maybe you think that's 100 calories are not a lot, but think twice!
After all, you only need a 10 minute workout.. think what you can do in more time and put into prospective.
What about repeating this bodyweight workout multiple times? Infact once you are comfortable with this one, you can do it multiple times.
Let's say the first 3-4 days you do it only once and you burn 100 calories/day.. that's nice, but then for another 3-4 days you complete the workout twice! 200 more calories burned per day! It sounds good to me!
Well, the first week you burned around 1000 calories more just from this workout! And you spent what, a little bit more than 1.5 hours the whole week.. that's nothing!
So let's do some more serious stuff and let's repeat it 5 times/day in a unique workout session! 500 calories/day burned, that makes 3500 calories in the whole week! WOAH! Sounds good right?
