Boldface your text – Liven up your Steem post!

Ok, so Steem posts at first glance to the noobs like me, look like they can only be created in plain text, well prepare to be amazed, you can actually Boldface or Italic certain words and plenty more Markdown options available.

I'm going to show you how to boldface! Basically, as you are typing, all you have to do is add two stars before and after the word or sentence you wish to boldface, if you look in your preview window you see the word or string of words is in bold.

Example:
