Down With The Sickness

This weak everyone has been down with the sickness at some point or another. It probably hit my wife and E the hardest. There wasn't a ton happening while trying to keep everyone healthy but we got some cool news, E was chosen to be published in Michigan Kaleidoscope! For this publication each school in the state can submit one piece and then it gets down to a few for the book from there by the publishers. Her school picked a poem she wrote and they selected it to go in the book! Her teacher said it was the first time they have had one from their school get published (proud parent brag). So cool that she is now a published writer, fun fact her mom also had some writing published when she was younger.
