HIIT the Core #2 : 25 minute abs and core home workout


25 minute High Intensity Interval Training session designed to tighten and tone the core and waistline while burning hundreds of calories. Get fit and feel fab, fast!

Each session consists of 5 blocks.
Each block is 25 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 times.
The intensity increases with each block.

This high intensity training session, focuses on core toning and control, cardio fitness, and exercises to strengthen the legs and butt.

If you feel dizzy, faint, light-headed or unwell in any other way, stop immediately and consult with a health professional to make sure it is safe for you to resume exercising.
