Dance is a great way to get in touch with the body, and the body is a great way to get in touch with your intuition.

Intuitive dance is a form of meditation in motion that activates the divine feminine within all of us (yes, even men). By stimulating your intuitive centers through movement, you can bypass the mind to discover your inner wisdom.
