The Relentless Pursuit of Musical Mastery: A Self-Taught Journey.
One of the key roles of being an instrumentalist is being able to portray your skill and pour out good music at any time you have the ability to, and through this process you get to improve yourself more and become a better version of a musician, but I feel one thing we usually forget as musicians is that being able to practice and doing constant rehearsal puts you ahead of all other musicians in the world, and we can see this from the great musicians that are around the world with the way they practice and get to improve their skills every time.
When I started playing musical instruments, I was never expecting that I would get up to this point because I was not really believing so much in myself, and this was because I don't really have a tutor that can put me through in times of having a road map on what to learn, so let me say I am probably a self-taught guitarist, which I am still trying to work more on myself and get better at, so I won't be left out in the world of music. Doing this comes with a lot of stress, just like I said, but one just has to do it.

At some point in my life when I was learning, I gave myself a time frame to get to some point, and what I did to get to that point is that I tried to go online to learn something from professionals that are in that field and probably learn one or two things from there and add it up with the little idea I had, and then I am able to bring out something meaningful, and this has been part of what has been helping me till date.
As a musician or an instrumentalist, you should never allow the fear of rehearsing and learning new stuff to overwhelm you because it is very certain that you usually learn if you really want to improve, and learning is not supposed to be a barrier for your improvement and success. Let me cite this example of a popular musician we know. George Benson is a popular guitarist who has devoted a lot of time to building himself up right from a very tender age. Well, at some point I do say that age is never a barrier to one's success if you are focused.

We see some people out there who work and then get their goal even when they are older. George is an example of a person that motivates me in terms of getting what you want and not giving up. I always say to myself that if someone like George Benson could do it, and he still plays guitar at this age, then I can't be an exception because the only thing it will cost me is getting discipline and then fighting hard to get what I want. Mind you, nothing in this life comes easy, and if you want to be a successful musician, it takes a lot of courage and sacrifice, which most are not ready to do these days. Here is just advice to everyone out there: to be successful in life, you must be very courageous and determined. Music is fun when you do it better.
