Beating Boredom With a 17-Minute Walk.
Today, being a Wednesday, is sometimes boring because I sometimes don't do too much work. But when I eventually get to do something, it might not really be too much. So instead of just sitting at home doing nothing, I decided to take a walk to my friend's place to greet him and have fun. I started this journey from my house to Cake City, Oluwo Abeokuta, in ogun State. This journey is a great one that lasted for 4 minutes to walk from my place to his place, and it's a 1.2 km journey to get to my final destination, but walking took me about 17 minutes.
Aside from the fact that I don't want to be bored at home, which made me take this walking video, I also considered it as an opportunity to enjoy the current weather, which is not too sunny nor too cloudy. Rain had just ceased, and I am hoping that we are moving to the dry season because the sun had sometimes shown up before I took the video. I was able to explore some new roads that had just gotten some new buildings in them, and the road was a bit busy because some of the students are coming back to school from their long holiday. The new building looks so beautiful to see, and I really love it.
