Early this morning, I decided to go out for my daily routine, which is walking for some distance to relieve myself from stress at night, and this is part of how I do my daily exercise. This morning I woke up very early, and I just thought to myself that I should take some steps to the main road, which is about a 13-minute walk from my apartment to the main road. Actually, it feels very stressful walking alone, and that’s because while I was working, there was no one to talk to, and I just had to relieve myself from stress.
Another thing that made this journey not really fun is the fact that there was no movement around the sky; it was too cloudy, which was showing us a sign that it is still very early. As I was walking through the narrow road, I was just walking over by myself and just listening to my music, which was able to entertain me till I got to my destination, and this journey took me 13 minutes for 950 m. At the end of my walk, I felt so relieved and also tired because it is an exercise and not like when you are sleeping. As we all know, exercise is actually good for the body also, so this is why I have decided to do this exercise this very morning.
