Chilcano - a refreshing Pisco cocktail

As an amateur bartender I really enjoy trying new thing and today I stumbled upon a new recipe using Pisco (a traditional Peruvian spirit) and decided to give it a try!

It's very easy to make and it's delicious!

• 2 oz Pisco
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ginger ale

All you need to do is pour the Pisco, lime juice and bitters in a glass with ice, fill it up with the ginger ale and give it a very gentle stir to mix things up.

That's it! You're good to go
