Hello everyone!
It’s finally Saturday! I’ve been away from Hive for the past couple of weeks because I was busy, as I have never been! That’s why today is a very special Saturday because it will be the first day in weeks when I will actually have time to relax, have a beer and spend some quality time on our beloved Hive.

My pick for today is the Prius Prime Weiss. This is a Weiss, as made evident by the name, but it has an interesting twist: it’s brewed with Sake yeast.

I had never tried a sake brew before, so it was an exciting experience! This beer has hints of banana and cinnamon and is surprisingly light for a Weiss. I don’t know if that’s due to the sake yeast or something else, but I was expecting a heavier body. That didn’t make the beer bad.

Although Weiss is not my favourite style, I enjoyed this one and recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different!
