Smith and Wesson - Something different to start my weekend.

So on Friday I was happy to be home after a busy week. I generally have some kind of drink each Friday after work is done. This week I chose to make a Smith and Wesson.

This drink reminds me of the tastiest float only it's better it contains alcohol.

I LOVE IT!

Ingredients:

1 glass 3/4 full of ice cubes
1 shot of Vodka
1 shot of Kahlua
1 shot of Whipping Cream
1-2 oz of the cola you drink (pepsi - coke- shasta, my personal choice is diet pepsi)

Start by pouring a shot of kahlua in first.

Then add a shot of vodka

Add a shot of the whipping cream

Then top the rest of the glass with your choice of cola

Stir it with a long handled ice-tea spoon (gently or the soda will bubble over).

That's all there is to it.
